Every fall, an exclusive group of event professionals gather for a special evening of high-powered networking and discussion of the industry’s hottest topics while they enjoyed a fine-dining experience. Entitled “The Masters Dinner” the event deserves nothing less than a masterpiece menu. The courses consisted of a wide range of seasonal autumn ingredients, combined with unique culinary techniques and presentations. Each dish complemented the event’s rustic yet elegant ambiance. The guests had attended this event in previous years, so it was important for us to be innovative, while remaining true to our reputation.
The concept was for the cuisine to blend with the season, décor, atmosphere and above all, the high level of expectations. We wanted to use a combination of fairly new and also familiar food items that had proven to be very well received by many guests. The season, décor, and atmosphere, and high quality were all considered when selecting the food and beverage. For the guests, it was a truly memorable experience. For us, it was an award-winning combination!
