Inspired by the colorful walls at Wynwood, an art complex in Miami, the culinary team of A Joy Wallace Catering & Events created this unique antipasto display.
A galvanized bar was used to showcase this abundant antipasto display complete with concrete blocks displaying rich rustic breads and natural greens. Metal brick risers displayed food items and metal stands and risers were combined with vessels filled with light bulbs, plants and white florals including white allium, ranunculus, seeded eucalyptus and cascading phalaenopsis orchids. Slate, glass and metal dishes were combined to showcase this vibrant take on antipasto.

I love how the food becomes the visual art as well as consumables!! Really imaginative, colorful and the ambiance set with the bar and props were so well integrated, I would have probably just stood there in front of the antipasto display and just looked for awhile to take in the design, textures, and how the space was composed:)
Well done!
